This past weekend was an intensely practical message on ways to renew our health. We looked at the four pillars of health:
(1) Good nutrition (2) Regular exercise (3) Proper rest and

When discussing nutrition I talked about the value of the Hunza diet. If you would like to do your own research there are articles about the Hunza people and their lifestyle on the Internet.
I also mentioned two helpful website and phone apps.
Both apps are free of charge to download.
God wants us to live life at its best and that includes using wisdom in caring for our physical health. I pray this will be a year all of us make the changes to see God’s will fully accomplished in our lives.
